A consequence of a two-and-a-half-year experience of outlining and implementing interior design retail projects for Exchange services & Jewelry stores brought us to the point where we were challenged by the same client to develop a new concept of visual identity for a modern jewelry retail store addressed to a younger audience than the previous.
A concept of visual identity for a brand store involves addressing all existing elements, and this requires more attention and knowledge than only the aesthetic point of view. Our experience from previous projects has helped us to create the right ambiance, starting from the lighting and display analysis (probably the most important), textures and materials, jewelry showroom furniture, to the technical detailing related to the circulation and display. Our intention to create a visually appealing showroom was centered around the visitors’s experience and the way they interact with a variety of display cases, countertops and tables, inviting them to explore the jewelry pieces.
The interior space is defined by a monochrome color range revolving around the color “blue”, in which the differences in appearance are given by different textures and diverse types of lighting scenarios. The jewelry pieces are complemented by brushed metal surfaces that bring an elegant, modern contrast and an air of exclusivity to the whole ambiance.
