When the owner told us about this premium penthouse rental that needed a concept, we decided together to approach it in a sleek and sophisticated manner, with a refined yet neutral aesthetic.

The project was designed with efficiency in mind, featuring clean lines and surfaces, minimalistic furnishings and sharp angles, with a focus on comfort. We imagined a clean grey canvas, on which we highlighted the sculptural and detailed pieces of furniture such as the armchair used for the living, or the Flos pendant lights. Deliberately kept neutral from a  chromatic point of view, we decided to play with a mix of contrasting textures that could evoke the ambiance that we had in mind for this interior. That being said, you can find a balanced mix of reflective surfaces, such as glass panels, dark wall and ceiling mirrors but also velvet bed tapestry, textured sofa fabric, concrete pillars, linear wall panels, all of them enhanced by the use of linear LED lights on both floors of the penthouse interior.

With all the details, diverse lighting scenarios, premium furniture products, this interior design project offers an upscale living experience for those seeking a premium penthouse rental with a modern masculine aesthetic. It exemplifies the careful balance between form and function, creating a space that is not only visually stunning, but also highly functional for everyday living.
