The project was designed with a neutral approach, easily customizable by the future beneficiaries, in relation to the function of a rental apartment. Although the space was taken over at an advanced stage, with existing finishes, a new electrical configuration was proposed, so that the lighting scheme would be perfectly correlated with the furniture plan. Thus, the pendant lighting highlight the main areas of the space, such as the kitchen island or the dining table, while allowing multiple possible scenarios for the use of the interior space.

The project follows a general, neutral line which visually conveys a welcoming atmosphere and at the same time is focused on flexibility. The main areas of the apartment communicate freely, being perceived in acohesive manner through the predominant use of reflective surfaces, such as dark smokey mirros, or ribbed wood panels.
